Howdy, we're the team behind The World Relay ?

We're an award-winning, multidisciplinary, team based in the UK with a passion for creating innovative events. To date, we’ve had over 200,000 runners participate in our relays, reached over 100 million people on social media and raised over £1,000,000 for charity.

“As a brand, we loved being a part of this heartfelt journey. It is truly one or the best endeavours we've ever invested in.”

Dan was the founder and Chair of Gold Challenge, which launched in late 2010 and ran an Olympic and Paralympic inspired challenge in the run up to London 2012. Gold Challenge partnered with the British Olympic Association, Team GB, Paralympics GB and Sport England and was part of the official London 2012 mass participation legacy programme. Gold Challenge also worked closely with LOCOG and hosted one of the pre-Games test events in the Olympic Stadium. More than 200 schools and 100 corporates took part and in excess of £1.5 million was raised for Gold Challenge’s 150 charity partners.

It grew to encompass school talks around the world, built relationships with local running groups, charities and NGOs, and the creation of the Run the World Fund.

In business, Dan was a successful executive, investor and adviser in the music, computer and video games, and internet sectors.

The World Relay was born from a love of running and the power of its community. We want to share that love and joy with the entire world. We believe in the power of togetherness. One of the most beautiful things about our diverse and wonderful planet is that we are all different.

We're here to celebrate that! To us, it is about more than running. This is about radical inclusivity and trying to leave the world a better place than we found it.
